  Great with our dog and very kind and compassionate, but was horrified that they charged £80 for a medication our own vet charged £19 for the exact same medication, strength and size. The fees are high as you would expect for emergency out of hours and that I understand, and had no issue with, but to charge a 300% markup on medicine is shocking.
