  From the outset Marc Pacifico was friendly, yet professional and efficient. He gave me a lot of advice on the correct procedure for my condition and always puts me at ease due to his expertise. I took a long time to make the decision to go ahead with plastic surgery, but at no time did Marc push me into making that decision. I therefore felt completely comfortable when I finally decided to go for it. Marc's practice is clean and well run and his staff are also friendly and extremely professional. They do their best to make the whole procedure as pleasant as possible. I saw Marc a lot both before, during and after the procedure and his staff are always on hand for follow-up advice. I was always confident that the practice is well run and managed with patients' best interests at heart, and not merely a money-making machine.
